Crunchy Apple Dessert

What you need
5 large Green apples
1/2 cup quick oats
2 Tablespoon of margarine (Smart Choice)
Half cup of raisins
Half cup of chopped walnut pieces
Half cup of Splenda (Brown Sugar can be used if not restricted)
1 teaspoon of ground Cinnamon
2 Tablespoons of water
1 large glass pie plate or flat baking dish.
What to Do.
Wash, core, peel and slice Apples
in to a bowl
Mix in Splenda , raisins, walnuts, cinnamon with the apples
Grease the glass dish heavily with margarine.
Sprinkle oatmeal evenly over bottom.
Spread the apple mixture over the oats.
Sprinkle the water over the baking dish.
Cover dish with foil.
Bake 1 hour at 350
Serve warm with some cold vanilla low fat yogurt, just plain
or
with some Free Whipped Topping.
