Ham Dinner

Baked Ham with Pineapple

Follow cooking direction on label for  cooking ham.
(Usually 25 min per pound )
1/2 hour before time is up turn heat down to 325degrees.
Baste ham with a cup of ginger ale.
Take some canned pineapple slices and stick on top of  ham with tooth picks
Be careful not to burn your self as oven door and ham are hot.
Put  2 or 3 Tablespoons of Brown sugar  in small bowl,
mix  together with with 1 Tablespoon each of  nutmeg and cinnamon
Sprinkle over ham and pineapple
Continue to bake for 30 min.

Potatoes with Cheese

Depending on size of potatoes you can prebake them in your micro wave.
(10 min) or boil them whole and peeled  before you start .
They will need to cool and be skinned and sliced, salted and peppered.
You will need 4 to 8 potatoes  depending on how many you are serving.
Place in a sprayed  or buttered  casserole dish
Layer with sliced onion and slices of Velveeta Cheese
Pour some skim milk in dish ( about 1 inch deep)
Top with Velveeta Cheese

Bake about 30 min at 375 until cheese is melted and potatoes are tender.

 

Green  Bean Casserole

This is the classic green bean casserole by French Foods.

1 -1/3 cups French's Fried Onions
1-10/3/4 oz can of Campbell's
Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup.
1/4 Cup milk
1/8 tsp pepper
4 cups of Cooked cut green beans.

Mix soup, milk, pepper, beans, and 2/3 cup  onions together.
put in casserole and bake 350 for 25 min
Stir and then  top  with  remaining onions

Bake additional 5 mins
