Several large fillets of  your favorite fish.

Lemon Pepper seasoning salt.

Mayonnaise

Wheat Germ

Baking Dish

Cooking Spray

2 Tablespoons of Water

Heat oven to 375

Wash and use paper towel to dry off fish.

Check for bones

Use cooking spray on baking dish

Add 2 tablespoons of water

Sprinkle  fish with Lemon Pepper Salt.

Brush on a light coating of mayonnaise.

Sprinkle with wheat germ

Place in baking pan and  then place in oven

Bake for 30 minutes or until fish is cooked through.

Should flake easily with a fork.
