High Protein Breakfast

High Protein Breakfast.

Take  about 1/3 pound of ground round.
Spray a large frying pan with Canola Cooking Spray
 Crumble hamburger and fry until brown.
Finely chop 1/4   large green pepper
4 large mushrooms
1/4  of a medium onions.
Fry with Hamburger meat.
Salt  and Pepper mix.
When vegetable are soft.
Push the meat mixture to sides of frying pan
to make a outer circle of meat mix.
Beat 4 eggs  for several min. until well mixed.
Spray center of pay with spray again.
Put Eggs in Center and let set before stirring
then stir meat mixture together with eggs.
Best to let eggs set first as it makes the dish look good.
Grate 2 inches of hard cheese of your choice.
Sprinkle  on top of food in frying pan.
Turn pan off as soon as cheese melts.
Serve with Salsa.
