Julia is on the 1850 Jasper County Census with father  John High and sister Susan Elizabeth High who eventually married Sanford Clark. She seems to be the youngest child.
Julia married William Lee  Cummings in 1851 and they stayed in Ga. ( Married by a Wiley Phillips in Jasper )
They are on the 1870 De Kalb Ga. Census,  

They are on  the 1880 De Kalb Ga. Census
They are on the 1900 Chattooga County , Ga. Census 
They were both still alive in 1900 living at their son's Thomas Cummings house 
On the census it was noted that they had been married 50 years.
They were not found on the 1910 Census and it is assumed they both had died by then.

Their daughter Martha Elizabeth Cummings ( Mattie) was born Jun 1 1852  and died March 27, 1930
She married Turner Hamilton Warren whose family lived near them.

She is found on the 1880 census for DeKalb Ga.

Listed with husband age 27 , she is listed as 28.
They have 2 male children ,

Lawrence age 5 months.
