Hominy Supper Dinner

What you will need

Some Jimmy Dean Low Fat Sausage |
Large Skillet
*Note this is a inexpensive, quick, tasty skillet meal.
Can be cooked even on a camping trip.
However although it has plenty of protein, not too much fat , it is high in calories
and Carbs.
It is best served in cold weather and to make it even more calorie ridden , I
like to serve
with it a pan of fried slice potatoes and onions sprinkled
with a small amount of Rosemary spice.
Refrigerate left overs and it makes an interesting sandwich cold the next
day.
Crumble and fry until brown a pound (or half pound ) if you want less
meat calories , of Jimmy Dean lower fat sausage.
Add a couple spoons of oil as Jimmy Dean doesn't leave much grease
in pan

Put in half of a thin sliced bell pepper |

Add contents of the can of drained hominy |
|
Add contents of a can of baked beans
|
|
Turn down to low and let simmer for 5 or 10
minuets |
