Oatmeal-Bran Muffins

What you will need:
 1 Cup, Heart Smart Bisquick Baking Mix
1 Cup ,100%  Whole Grain Oatmeal
1 Cup, Kelloggs All Bran Buds Cereal
2 eggs beaten
1/2 cup Splenda ( or sugar if you would rather)
3/4 Cup Skim Milk (Can Use Powered milk and water)
1 Tsps. Vanilla
1/2 Tsps Cinnamon
This recipe is baked in the large size 6  muffin tin.
Should make 12 if baked in smaller pan.

Combine all dry ingredients, Stir and mix well together
Add eggs, milk and vanilla
Stir to mix well
Use Cooking spray on muffin tins
Divide batter into muffin tins and bake at 450 for 25 min to 30 min.
* Note
Large Muffin should be less than 300 calories each made with Splenda
with about 6 grams of protein each.  I figured about 7 grams a fiber for each.
This is just a rough estimate but I find it helps to look at things I invent
to see how they line up with my diet requirements.
