Peach Cobbler

Peach Cobbler

6 or 7 ripe peaches, peeled and sliced about 1/2" thick
l/2 Cup Sugar
1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
Mix well and let sit while you make the crumb topping...
 peaches with sugar will melt and make some juice...
.(this make very tart so some people use 1  Cup Sugar)

Place peaches in 8" x 2-1/2" pan or dish... spread crumbs over top...
Bake in 425 deg oven 40 to 45 Min....

Crumb Topping
3/4 Cup Flour
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
l/2 to l Stick Butter (softened)
Mix well until crumbly...

I only use 1/2 cup white sugar in peaches 
as I like a big dip of Ice Cream on top.
Eat while still hot or warm and its delicious....
