Pork Chops and Slaw Dish


I start with 2 thick boneless pork chops.
Wash and slice into 1 inch square pieces of meat.
Use a cooking spray on the pan first as it  saves on oil and make easier clean up.
Cover bottom of pan with just enough oil to cover bottom.|
Sprinkle pork  lightly with ginger, garlic powder and
 sea salt and pepper lightly.
Fry the pieces of pork until brown
Cook on medium about 8 to 10 min.
Peel and thinly slice one  small potato
Add to skillet
Cook another 10 min.
Best to stir a lot.
Make space in middle of pan.
Add two cups of packaged slaw
Which has 2 kinds of cabbage and carrots.
Mix well in pan then add 1/2  cup water and cover
Cook about 10 min with lid on.
Makes 2 large servings/
 Low in carbs and quite tasty
