WHAT
IS A POET?
A poet is
a word
person,
One who is
gifted
in the artistic expression of the beautiful or
the lyrical.
He or she
conveys
a sense of experience,
Using a
language
rich in meter, cadences,
metaphor and usually rhyme.
The term
"Bard"
once meant a poet who composed and sang verses
He
dealt
with real or
imagined events.
Today the
term
is often applied to any poet.
This "Poet's Corner" is a place where you can share your
poems
And your heart with the world. We would love to see your work.
