The Master Artist

The World is a beautiful place, with skies of blue
and landscapes designed by a Master artist’s hand.

God is the Master artist who paints thing into being.

Who else could design a sunset, in colors of orange and gold ?
Who else could paint the sky in shades of lavender and silver?

Or paint a tree in delicate shades of green against the brown.

Only the eye of an Master artist could put a rainbow in the sky,
Stretching it across the heaven in the new found sunlight.

Drop a lake in the middle of a valley with mountains for a back drop.

Put tiny little purple flowers scattered at random across a field of grass.
Place twinkling little diamond lights against the blackness of the night.

Everything that has form and shape are but brush stokes of His hand.

Once He has created them , He puts the breath of His self in them.
Some things He painted sprang completely formed from his hand

While other things were but a beginning and were allow to change and grow.

He would dab a little more color on and sometimes the forms began to change.
They might end up a little differently than what they started out to be.

For the medium that God paints with is living energy and His paint never dries.
It is always fluid and moving and flowing , alive with all that God is.
